Crystal Blanchard, LCPC
Owner & Clinician

Crystal R. Blanchard, LCPC holds a Masters of Art in Professional Counseling – Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va., a Bachelors of Science in Psychology – Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va., and an Associates Degree of Human Services -Castle College, Windham New Hampshire.

In 2002, Mrs. Blanchard moved to the Easton Shore of Maryland with her husband to raise their family. In June of 2019, Mrs. Blanchard created Wye Oak Therapeutic Services (WOT) in order to be a leading provider of mental health services to Kent Island and surrounding areas. The intent is always to provide a collegial, professional and ethical environment while keeping the client at the center.

In 2023 she launched Community Wellness Solutions (CWS), a non-profit organization that supports families and individuals that are facing hardship, adversity, and/or trauma, by providing a safe environment that cultivates healing and true belonging within their own community. CWS helps individuals and families to network, coordinate care, and facilitate learning through various workshops, groups, and supports.

Devon White, LCPC
Clinician

Devon’s family was in the Navy, which allowed her to do some traveling throughout the United States, although she refers to Northern Virginia as her “hometown.”  She has deep roots on Kent Island, as her family traces its history on the island back to the late 17th century; which is a big part of why she chose to move here and practice here.

Devon is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and spent the first half of her career working with college students at various universities throughout the United States. She chose to pursue counseling full-time in 2020 and specializes in anxiety, life transitions, and helping people be their most authentic selves.

Devon’s hobbies include gardening, hiking, reading science fiction, and traveling.

Leah K. Miles, BSW
Clinician

Leah K. Miles, BSW is working on her Masters of Social Work at Walden University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, older/aging adults, victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and individuals who are homeless.

Michelle Pote
Clinician

Michelle Pote is an experienced clinical social worker with over 20 years of dedicated service in the field.  Specializing in working with adults, Michelle has a diverse background that includes work in correctional healthcare, child welfare, an inpatient psychiatric hospital as well as outpatient treatment.  Throughout her career, she has assisted clients with a wide range of diagnoses, always approaching treatment with a practical, solution focused mindset.  Michelle’s passion for helping others and dedication to patient care are evident in her professional background.

Kimberly Perillo, Clinician

With 22 years in education and 16 years in the field of counseling, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. I use a variety of evidence-based treatments to address challenges  with stress management, parenting, child and adolescent mental health, and achieving work-life balance. I believe in providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and develop strategies to thrive. I use a person-centered approach and believe that the client should be empowered through the counseling experience to achieve their goals.

Together, we can work through difficult moments and build the tools needed for a healthier, more fulfilling life. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or just seeking guidance in a challenging season, I am here to support you on your journey to healing and personal growth.

Darlene Greer
Clinician

Darlene’s goal is to help you navigate the challenges of life’s circumstances, and partner with you to develop the tools needed to heal and thrive. She has been helping those in crisis since 2011 through a variety of settings.Through her academic journey, she’s gained experience working with children, those who struggle with obsessive compulsive disorder, and those struggling with PTSD. Darlene utilizes a variety of clinical skills to assist you including CBT, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment, along with solution focused therapy. She has spent over a decade as a military spouse, moving around the country, and is passionate about continued support of our veteran community and their families.
